PietraNuova s.r.l. is a company created in response to a specific need: making marble and granite slabs structurally sound through the use of special types of epoxy resins. Working with defective stone materials has always presented safety problem during the workings of slab and also during the further phasis of slab fabrication. In fact, it is well known that working with slabs or strips can be a very dangerous task according to the type of defect that is present and can potentially cause damage to both workers and machinery alike due to the possibility of blocks break up. PietraNuova, thanks to the use of innovative technologies for structural re-enforcement, has acquired their experience by confronting and managing the many problems to be resoloved in order to totally restore the stone material. Resins

The resins used are bi-component epoxy types, specially studied for use in our working process. The special formulas constructed vary according to the material type of the block in fabrication and type of fractures present in the stone.
